Free Consultation
With all of my services I offer a free consultaion, where we will discuss what your goals are, what role you would expect me to play, and what types of services would be beneficial to your family. This consultation in no way obligates you to hire me in any way, but at the time of your consultation we will discuss what my fees are for the services you are intrested in.

2 Prenatal Visits
Two prenatal visits are included when you hire me as your birth doula. During these visits we will get to know each other better and further discuss what you expect of me as your doula, and get a birth plan in place.
During Labor
You will give me a call once labor starts, and we will determine when you need me. I will arrive with in an hour of your call depending on your location. I will provide you and your family with emotional support, comfort messures, and act as a leason between you and your family.
As a Doula, I Do Not:
Perform any clinical tasks
Athough I am knowledgeable in the medical aspects of labor and delivery I do not preform any clinical tasks. Those things will be left up to your medical professional.
Baby's first feeding Support
The first few hours after birth can be a rough time and some mother's have trouble with feeding their new little one, that's where I come in before I leave you and your family to enjoy your new baby I will make sure that you are comfortable with feeding him/ her.
Make decisions for you
I'm here to advise you and provide you with information. I will not make any decisions for you. I will remind you of your birth plan and help to empower you, but in the end all of your choices are up to you.
Postpartum Support
One postpartum visit is included if you and your family chose to hire me as your birth doula, during this visit I will make sure mother and baby are comfortable. I will also make sure that breastfeeding is well established and the family is transitioning smoothly. Further postpartum support may be purchased at this time or you may purchase postpartum support separately. Postpartum services include light house keeping, meal preperation, assistance with laundry, and basic child care in addition to breastfeeding support. The postpartum packages that I currently offer are as fallows:
Basic get you started Package: Three hours of postpartum care over three visits includes, meal prep, light house keeping, family support and breastfeeding support. $350.00 these visits can be spaced out as needed. Each additional block of two hours will be charged at $55.00
The Babymoon Package: 4 hours of Postpartum Care over 6 visits.
Sometimes you feel that you would like to ensure care over a longer period of time. This can be a good idea if you have little support in the city, or if you foresee your spouse returning to work sooner than expected. This is often also the case, when you are giving birth to multiples, or have a planned Caesarean birth.
These visits can be spaced as needed, and hours can be adapted and changed to better support you. Includes meal prep, light house keeping, family support, and breastfeeding support. $650.00. Each additional block of four hours will be $110.00.
Speak to the staff on your behalf
I will not speak to the staff on your behalf, if you need assistance that I am unable to provide I will locate a staff member for you however I am unable to speak to the staff on your behalf.
Project any of my own beliefs onto your experience
We all have our own beliefs and experiences but I will not project my beliefs or personal feelings on to you. I am their to support you and the decisions that you make for you and your family.
